Hastal?klar?n kontrolünde bütüncül yakla??m, hastay? her yönüyle de?erlendirme önemlidir. Etiyolojisi tam aç?klanamayan, psikosomatik hastal?k irritabl sendromunda hasta birey de?erlendirilmelidir. Somatik yak?nmalar?n ki?ilik özellikleriyle ili?kili olabilece?i muhtemeldir. özelliklerinin olu?umunda sürecindeki etkisi, geli?en hastalarda meydana gelebilecek özelliklerindeki de?i?im üzerinde durulmas? gereken konudur. özellikleri ili?kisi aç?kland???nda uygulanacak terapi tedavilerle daha etkili sonuçlar elde edilebilir, hastan?n ya?am kalitesi art?r?labilir.
